About Me

Welcome to my portfolio! 

My name is Danika Landsberg and I have just completed a dual diploma of Building and Interior Design at Tafe QLD in June 2023. This educational experience has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and skills that I am eagerly anticipating putting into practice within the industry.

As a child, I grew up with a zest for creativity and this has carried through into my adult life. In my spare time I love to paint, bake, read, and be anywhere outdoors. Creativity is one aspect that I have long been craving within my work life as a previous Orthodontic Assistant and Client Service Officer. I now consider myself immensely fortunate to have discovered my true passion within the design industry.

Mindfulness, well-being, and sustainable practices are fundamental principles that I uphold and prioritize in my life. I truly believe that a happy, abundant lifestyle can be achieved when one has a strong connection to nature. With our lives busier than ever, I believe this relationship needs to be prioritized. I have strived to approach all of my design projects in a personalized, holistic manner, to optimize living spaces, utilize passive energy, create natural ventilation and most importantly, rebuild our connection to nature.

In my porfolio, you will find a collection of various design projects, ranging from residential spaces to commercial hubs. I believe each project showcases my ability to balance functionality, aesthetics and sustainability.
